Return & Refund Policy

At Sweet Roll Society, every order is handcrafted and baked fresh to order using premium ingredients. Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is a problem with your order, such as:

• You received the wrong item

• Your order is incomplete

• Your order was damaged at the time of pickup or delivery

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will review the situation and work with you to make it right whenever possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup or delivery date are eligible for a full refund.

Because every order is made fresh and prepared specifically for each customer, cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup or delivery are non-refundable.
